Mr. Loay El Khorafi - IPIC chairman visit IPIC premises
Tuesday 14.11.2006 was the day defined for Mr. Loay El Khorafi's visit to IPIC plant. During the visit -which takes many hours - Mr. Loay - accompanied by Eng. Mohamed Ayad - got a tour at pipes plant as well as bends one. Mr. Loay expresses his praise for the work rhythm inside the plant. Consequently, a meeting was held by Mr. Loay that had been attended by Eng. Mohamed Ayad and all departments' managers to discuss IPIC progress in the international market as well as the challenges that may face the company during the next phase. At the end Mr. Loay assures IPIC policy of customer satisfactions as well as the company's continuous adoption of high production level.
In the course of reinforcing IPIC position in international market, IPIC seeks being a registered company in SAUDI ARAMCO vendor list.
On 11th March 2006 a delegation from ARAMCO visits IPIC and for 3 days which is the period ARAMCO spends for performing a whole assessment for IPIC.
The assessment involves all IPIC applicable systems as its production technologies, quality assurance policy, IPIC Compatibility with
international standards, documentation system and customer satisfaction procedures.
At the end of the visit a meeting has been held to overview all notes from ARAMCO delegation to be considered by IPIC throughout its trend to be a registered in SAUDI ARAMCO vendor list.
Marubini - Itochu Steel Inc. is one of the companies that becomes keen to open co-operation channels with IPIC. Marubeni supplies steel tubulars to customers in gas& oil industry.
During their last visit to IPIC they were touched by IPIC as a leading organization in pipe industry. Mr. Teruo Kowaguchi - Marubeni- Itochu managing director- has expressed his gratitude to Eng. Mohamed Ayad - IPIC CEO- in his email which says, "I express my sincere gratitude to you for your people's hospitality and sparing your time to meet with us during our visit to your plant. I was real impressed with the plant as well as your management in addition to a very good location facing The Mediterranean. We would like to look for working together closely for various important business opportunities. we are hoping your company continue to grow."
